Each product is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping, but we understand that issues may occasionally arise. 1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us immediately at support@dapnest.com with the subject line: “Return: Damaged or Defective Item – [Your Order Number]”
Include clear photos or videos showing the problem. Once we receive your request, our support team will promptly review the case and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Our return policy only applies to items with manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or missing components. Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for products that have been delivered in good condition, or for reasons such as a change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
2. Return Conditions
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or invoice) must accompany the return.
Requests for returns must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. After this period, we will be unable to process refunds or exchanges.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable or consumable goods
Personal hygiene and beauty products
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
Customized or personalized items
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Return Shipping Instructions

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Please note that DAPNEST cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. Refunds cannot be processed without the returned product or valid proof of delivery.
4. Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@dapnest.com

6. Late or Missing Refunds
